We are sorry to hear that the food offering did not meet your expectations. The equipment we serve the meals from should ensure both the plates and the meal itself are of an adequate temperature. We will of course review this with the team and make improvements where possible. With regards to the noise, we understand that the home manager offered you a different room during your stay to try and resolve this; however should you wish to discuss any of these points further or have any questions on a future stay then please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff or the home manager.
