We apologise for any inconvenience caused by misdirection of laundered items. Our laundry service is a busy one and we are constantly seeking ways to make it more efficient for our residents - we will ensure that our team double check items before delivery.

We try very hard to ensure every resident is given the time and support they require to enjoy their mealtimes as a social occasion, so we are very sorry that you felt that your dining experience wasn’t as good as it could have been sometimes.
