Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with some aspects of the home. Safety and access to the front door were discussed in the previous Residents and relatives meeting an agreed that no visitors or family members will have the door access code. This is to ensure Residents are not able to leave the building inadvertently when visitors are leaving the premises. In relation to the food that was served in the home, as an organisation, we follow a set of 4 weekly rolling menu that was planned with suggestions and ideas from Residents and relatives. We also consulted nutritionists and dieticians to ensure that all our Residents have a healthy and balanced diet. I am glad to hear that, in general, you are happy and satisfied with the highest standard of care and dignity maintained for your relative during the last days of her life.
