I am sorry you feel the call bell system has not been satisfactory, but please be reassured that two staff members do documented checks on the call bell both day and night. The management team and person in charge of the unit also do spot checks; having reviewed the call bell print out for April and May I am satisfied staff attended your Mother promptly on all occasions. We will, of course, continue to monitor this; the happiness and wellbeing of all our Residents is of paramount importance to us.
