Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback regarding your grandmother’s experience at Foxbridge House. We’re delighted with the positive comments and scores regarding the facilities, rooms and safety and security at the home. We are sorry to hear about your concerns regarding staffing levels. I would like to assure you we carry out a full dependency analysis for each resident which is used to plan staff deployment accordingly, to make sure care is appropriate for each resident’s needs, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, we do take your concerns and feedback seriously and would like to thank you for taking the time to highlight the shortcomings in the personal hygiene routine provided in this instance.
To ensure that all our residents are treated with the utmost dignity and care at all times, we have informed the staff at Foxbridge House of your feedback and improved measures are being put in place to ensure that staff are correctly deployed at all times, in order to avoid similar situations arising in future.
