In response, the home manager will be holding an investigation to find out what happened on the day and will also feedback to the team regarding the findings of the investigation. The Home Manager has asked if possible for you to contact the home to arrange a meeting so more details of the issues raised can be discussed. The Home offers a varied activities plan over seven days and is staffed to meet our Resident’s needs. Management makes regular out of hours visits to ensure the home is meeting levels of kind care at all times.
