We are very sorry that your Father’s stay on our assessment unit fell short of our usual high standard in supporting all our Residents. At HC-One we operate an open door policy and our Home Manager would have been more than happy to personally discuss any concerns or issues you had during your Father’s stay had she been made aware of them.
