Thank you for your review. We are really pleased to hear that you liked the home and enjoyed the activities and events we have on offer. I will pass on your kind comments about the staff to the rest of the team. While we do always try to make the time to regularly chat with everyone, we do have busy times in the home when we, unfortunately, don’t get as much time as we’d like to socialise but we are always looking at ways to improve the experience and happiness of our residents and staff. With regards to your comments about the food, we apologise that you received a meal that wasn’t served to your preferred temperature. We want to continually improve our services and regularly request feedback and meal requests from residents so I will address your comments with our kitchen team.
