I have raised this with the home to ensure your comments are reviewed and a resolution can be looked at to increase your satisfaction. I have been informed that a few meetings have taken place with yourself, the Resident Experience Manager, Home Manager and Head Chef to discuss your diet/food requirements and that kitchen prepare fresh meals to your preferences outside of the usual menu.
