Thank you, Robert, for your kind words about the staff.  We will ensure that we feed this back to them at our next staff meeting to highlight the good work that they are doing.  Dad is keeping well and it is lovely to hear that the staff are up to date with dad's care plan and that his needs are always being met to the best possible standard.
