We’re sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with the laundry service and some items have gone missing. Each resident has been given a net laundry bag<br>to ensure small or personal items don’t get lost, which has now helped to improve the service. We encourage families to ensure that each piece of clothing is labelled when a resident moves in, and we also offer a label service where families can purchase labels for clothes. If you wish to discuss any particular concerns, please contact our Home Manager who will be able to assist you further.
