It's always great to see the Managers, Nursing and Care Teams receive such public praise as this. We note your comment about call bell response times and apologise for any delays encountered. For the benefit of readers of this review, there should never be times of staff shortages as the rota is planned 4 weeks in advance and we have agency back up in place to cater for any short-notice absences (illnesses etc). The call bell system records are regularly monitored by the care home manager to ensure that we identify any busy times and resource accordingly. There may, of course, be times when multiple call bells may sound at once, and this may cause some delay in response - but this should not be to a significant degree. The call bells have an Emergency Button and an Assistance Button and are prioritised accordingly. Kindest regards, Nathan.
