I am more than happy to discuss what makes you feel this way and will ensure your views are listened to.<br><br>Unfortunately, Health and Safety in care homes prohibit us allowing windows to be fully open and the use of window restrictors need to be in place. I will add it has been an absolute pleasure looking after both your parents over the last 5 years.
