We are sorry to see these concerns expressed and it is very unusual for us to receive such comments.  Many of the comments had been discussed previously with the reviewer and various changes made including moving the bed to face the window and see the TV. A physio was seen on 24/05, 27/06 and again 04/07.  We have a full activities programme that we try to encourage all residents to participate in. However, some residents prefer not to or are not able to participate.<br>Nurses, carers and also domestic staff visit all residents many times a day and all care is carefully documented by staff and for maintaining the privacy and dignity of the residents in our care, this documentation is kept on a computer and not in their rooms for anyone who happens to be visiting to view. This private, confidential information would only be made available to the Power of Attorney for health and welfare and relevant health professionals.
