Thank you for taking the time to complete a review for Ashington Grange. We would like to share with you that we complete a detailed review of the dependency levels of our Residents each month and our staffing levels are adjusted accordingly. We will endeavour to allocate our staff break times more effectively in order for our teams to be effective in delivering kind care when it is required and will deploy our team to ensure our Residents are supported at busy times during the day and night.
