Thank you for your comments regarding our staff being very good and our overall standard being excellent, the Home Manager strives to ensure that the Home is run to high standards.  Regarding the shortage of staff, I would like to assure you that the Nursing Unit is adequately staffed and our current staffing grid reflects this. Occasionally there are times when staff are unexpectedly absent, when this happens the Home Manager will do her utmost to cover this so that this does not impact on our Residents.  The Home Manager operates an open door policy, so should you have any concerns, questions or comments please feel free to call in when you next visit the Home.
