Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We pride ourselves at Ferndale Mews on the standard and quality of food we provide.  We have requested support from our Hospitality Team to improve standards and so I am sure you will see some changes imminently.  We are currently recruiting for staff and have successfully recruited an additional 200 hours to maintain staffing levels. The necessary checks, however, do take time but once in place we will have cover for any sickness and holidays.
