Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you feel things are not as they were. We assess staffing levels weekly (and sometimes daily) in order to ensure we have the right number of staff and skill mix to meet our residents' needs. Currently, there are at least 8 staff in the home at night time - perhaps now would be a good time to re-open the discussion on moving your loved one to an area within the home where staffing levels are higher than on the residential floor.  I have also passed your comments to our chef who will visit you to discuss how we can improve your personal menu offering.
