We are sorry that you feel that there were occasions when staffing levels were below those you believed necessary to deliver our usual great standard of care. Care UK works hard to ensure that we match the care delivery requirements of our residents (based on care needs as well as the number of residents) with the appropriate level of staffing on each suite. I am sorry if you feel that we didn’t get this quite right for you and we will continue to look at this closely.
