I am pleased to note that you felt the staff were caring. Unfortunately, at the time your wife was with us the home manager was on annual leave and I understand you interacted with a couple of the senior carers in charge at the time. I am sorry you felt that no one made an effort to understand your and your wife's needs, but it was a rather short time and usually the staff team do take some time to build up a full picture of a new resident. We have discussed this incident internally and hope to improve the family liaison. Also, you will note on our website many other positive reviews for our services, so I feel this was a one off occasion.
