Thank you for your feedback. We have had an opportunity to discuss your comments with the Home Manager who was unaware that you were finding it difficult to manoeuvre your wheelchair. I am aware that you have recently returned to the home and chosen an alternative room. With regards to the food choices available, we offer a wide and varied menu and I am sorry that some of the food was too rich for you. I know the Chef Manager has been to see you and is aware of your individual food choices.  <br>If at any time, whilst you are staying at the home, we would always ask you to advise us of any problems you may have so we can look to address them for you.
