We have recognised that there needs to be an improvement in the external activities that are offered to residents at Langford Park and in response to this we are currently recruiting for two new team members for the activity team. <br>I’m surprised to hear that you have been charged for the use of the minibus as this is not something we have ever done, we would like to meet with you to discuss this and take a look at the invoice which you have been provided. I will talk to the administration team and feedback their response.<br>We have had a recent increase in new care staff within the home and the reason for this is to replace temporary agency staff with our own team so that we can provide consistency for our residents.
