Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the care your relative received while they were living in the Home. Whilst it would be inappropriate for us to discuss individual matters, we feel it is important to state that we have discussed the issues that have been raised with all of the relevant people and services.
