Our team believe it’s the small acts of kindness that are able to have the most impact on our residents’ day to day lives and well-being. <br>With regards to the safety of our residents, we do assessments to ascertain if we are able to meet their individual needs before they are admitted to the home. We also carry out risk assessments for each resident which are regularly reviewed as the needs of the residents change to ensure the safety of all of our residents at all times.<br>Once again thank you for leaving this review, it’s through a feedback process that we are able to further improve our service.
