Thank you for taking the time to review our homes, we're happy to hear that you think our care is great! Our staff are so proud of their work and they love to hear that they're making a difference to people's lives. <br>You also stated that home is could do with some TLC, and our internal review at the start of the year came to the same conclusion. That's why we've already started some major improvement works throughout the home, including redecorating all of our social rooms, fitting brand new doors and windows and upgrading our ancillary facilities, including our laundry room. We've still got plenty more in the pipeline though, so watch this space!
