Thank you for your kind comments, which we very much appreciate. <br><br>Regarding price, we carry out research annually to ensure that our fees are reasonable and that they realistically reflect the high standards of care we deliver within the local area.    As a not-for-profit organisation, it is important that we invest any additional funds to improve and enrich the lives of our residents first and foremost,  to provide a continuous programme of quality training for all our care staff, as well as maintain our homes and gardens to a high standard – all of which comes at a cost.  We do hope the high quality of care we deliver to each of our residents reflects this investment.
