It is always lovely to see our residents well settled, retaining their independence and enjoying meaningful relationships with staff and other residents.<br>We are constantly striving to raise our standards, our philosophy is 'if you are not moving forwards, you are slipping back' and so often the little things mean a lot, and a lot of little things when added up can make a happier life.<br>We will shortly be carrying out our annual quality review in which we ask all parties involved about their views and experiences of all aspects of our service. However we hope our residents, their families and others will feel able to let us know about anything we can do to improve matters at any time.
