We continually strive to improve and welcome constructive feedback and because of your experience, we have put in place a more robust admission process.
Our staffing levels have always been above the minimum requirements recommended by the Care Inspectorate and all staff are trained in Dementia care, however, we are not a specialist dementia centre.
It was disappointing that you reviewed the care provided as poor, as when you met with the directors you did not convey that you were ever unhappy with the standard of care your relative received.
The directors and management team hope that you have found the specialist care that your relative requires and again apologise for any upset this experience may have caused you and your family.
