Thank you for taking the time to make a review about the time your Mother was in residence at the care home and for your kind comments about the catering and the gardens. It is with great regret that we were unable to meet the needs of your Mother and your expectations of the care she should receive during her stay with us. We now have a new Home Manager in post and have reviewed your concerns and will be making the required changes to training our staff in dealing with specific behaviours that challenge. We are pleased to hear that your Mother is settled in her new home.
