Many thanks for taking the time to share your comments regarding Immacolata House.  Unfortunately, we do not deem it safe for our staff to wear name badges, as we feel they could potentially cause harm to residents during moving and handling.  We feel that lanyards are a safer option.  We have installed a photo board in the reception at Immacolata House, which has the photo, name and position of each person that works within the home.
