Firstly I would like to say thank you for your positive review, regarding the paperwork, when colleagues are completing essential documentation they do this in the communal lounge or dining room, and at these times other colleagues are available to support residents where needed.<br><br>Our staffing hours are always at or above the number of hours indicated as required by the dependency levels of the current resident group.
