On behalf of Management and staff at Abbotsford Suites, we would like to apologise if you felt that your relative received less than optimum care at our facility.<br>We continually strive to improve and welcome constructive feedback and because of your experience, we have put in place a more robust admission process. <br>Our staffing levels have always been above the minimum requirements recommended by the Care Inspectorate and all staff are trained in Dementia care, however, we are not a specialist dementia centre.<br>The directors and management team hope that you have found the specialist care that your relative requires and again apologise for any upset this experience may have caused you and your family.
