Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about the home.  We are very sorry that you were not fully apprised of the additional facilities made available.  I can confirm that we do have a silent alarm system at Hawthorn Court.  I would also like to point out that the introduction of wifi has improved communication for some Residents with families who live further afield and also allows access to different activities.
