Thank you very much for your comments.  We enjoyed having your husband stay with us and were all so pleased with the progress he made whilst in our care.  Thank you for rating many aspects of Fairmile Grange as being good or excellent.  Our residents’ wellbeing and care is our priority.  We only employ the kindest and most dedicated staff, however, on occasion when there are staff absences through sickness that clash with booked annual leave, we have brought in agency staff to support our care teams, ensuring our residents remain safe and cared for.  The issue of cold plates for hot dishes has been addressed and shouldn’t happen again.  Thanks again for your positive and honest review.
