Thank you for your review, we value all feedback as this helps us to improve our service where required. We are sorry that you have expressed dissatisfaction with areas within the home. Rooms shown upon walk around are kept vacant so that families can view a room whilst maintaining the dignity of residents who reside in the home. The home manager completes daily checks on the quality of the food and there have recently been changes to kitchen staffing. The chef also completes checks during meal service to obtain feedback. The home manager has an open surgery each Friday so that families are given the opportunity to approach her with any concerns or questions they might have. Additionally, the manager holds a resident and family meeting monthly.
