I was very sad to read that you were less than 100% happy with your mother’s stay. We aim to totally satisfy all our residents in every respect of the service and care we offer. We always seek to address any concerns expressed by a resident or family member and to resolve them immediately. We have an open home policy and my door is always open to visitors and family members.
