It is regretful to find out a family member is unhappy with the service their relative is currently receiving here at Churchview as our clients are very important to us and central to everything we do. <br>Service with compassion is our homes philosophy of care and a crucial part of our service provision.<br>The family have been invited in for a meeting with the Senior Management team this week and we seize the opportunity to be able to address the family members concerns and resolve any issues.
