We are really sorry to hear your comments about hearing aids. We totally agree with you that hearing can improve quality of life and this is why in May, we put a new system in place. Although this has been working very smoothly, there was one day where things didn’t quite work to the high standard we set for our residents.
The Granby has benefited from a new management team, who are dedicated to the delivery of high care and service standards, so naturally they are really upset and sorry that there was an issue with your mother’s hearing aids on this occasion.
