Thank you for your honest review. We encourage feedback about both care and services. Firstly, the staff are wonderful with residents, thank you for recognising their hard work and commitment. Secondly, and very importantly, the laundry service at Hilltop has not been running as smoothly as it ought and we apologise for that. The laundry service, when it slows, impacts on residents' clothes, dining linen, bed linen but the supply of dirty laundry does not slow down at the same rate, in order to aid recovery! Please, when you next visit the home, be sure to go and see the Home Manager, or telephone and voice your concerns. If you are searching for a lost item please let her have a description so that everyone can help locate it or if you have any further comments, your feedback can be used to further improve the service.
