At Beechwood Grove we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality care, delivered by staff that are trained to the highest standards, therefore we take your comments very seriously. <br><br>An in-depth investigation has been conducted into the issues raised and we can assure you that staff levels were not low on the occasion mentioned and the staff on duty were all trained to deliver care, as they are always. The staffing ratio was 2.1 which is exceptional for a care home environment. However, our investigation did uncover some shortcomings on the unit that day and we do offer our sincere apologies for this and can assure you that actions have been taken to resolve these issues and to ensure they never happen again.
