If you had approached the management team with any concerns at the time your mother was staying here on respite we would have investigated them with immediate effect. Our housekeeping team, who have been with the home for many years, have high standards of cleanliness and are very focused on infection control. At the time of your mother’s stay there were chefs in the catering team, and we now have a new head chef.
