Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback on your experience at our home, which we very much appreciate. With regard to comments on shortage of staff, to the best of my knowledge, the levels of staffing on each unit are in accordance with best practice for a home of this size and any staff breaks are staggered to ensure continuity of support. On occasion, it may be that staff are assisting other residents who have very complex needs elsewhere, so may not always be available to assist immediately.
We always encourage residents, families and friends who have any concerns to speak to the Home Manager, so they can investigate and resolve issues quickly.
