As mentioned in your review, due to Winscombe Hall under-going some refurbishments, the bedrooms available at that time were in Stable Cottage which is our secure environment.  On completion of the refurbishments, the whole home will be opened up enabling residents to move around and socialise whilst in a safe environment. <br>We actively encourage feedback and always endeavour to act upon any suggestions that are made to ensure we continue to offer the best care and support for our residents and their families.
