Thank you for your comments particularly regarding the kindness of the staff.  The number of staff on each unit is determined by the care needs of the Residents at the time and staffing is flexed accordingly to ensure all Residents are treated with dignity and respect. Recruitment is underway to fill current clinical and care vacancies and we have two enthusiastic Well Being activities co-ordinators who tailor the activities to suit the Residents in the home. There is a robust Housekeeping team along with the Maintenance staff who keep the physical outlook of the home in good condition and Residents are made to feel safe and secure in the home.
