Thank you for completing the review form and we have noted your comments.  <br><br>At Eliot House we pride ourselves in the care and service that we give to our service users in a home from home environment. Our service users have varying needs, some of which are hard of hearing, therefore there may be times when the noise level in the home may seem a little high. <br>The home has communal areas which are accessible for all service users and families, should they wish to sit in a specific space. All service users have their own private rooms which are accessible at any time of the day, providing a private space for them to spend time in, should they wish to.<br><br>To ensure safety in the home, we test the fire alarms on a regularly basis, which causes the doors to close automatically.
