We appreciate you taking the time to respond to review our care home.  We recall your family member being at our care home recently and wish you would have approached us with any concerns or issues you were unhappy with as we would have dealt with these things straight away.  The care home do have regular activities and trips for the residents and we encourage family and friends to join in.
