Thank you for your kind review. The care staff do work extremely hard at Talbot House and we are working hard to renovate the home. We apologize for the recent issues with the lift. We are aware of these and have been in touch with the lift company to arrange a long term solution to prevent it happening again. Thank you for your suggestions.
