Thank you for your kind comment about the care staff at Chapel Level, here at HC-One we always strive to provide our residents with the kindest care. We continually look for ways to improve our service not only to residents, but to all who visit the home and with this in mind, I will certainly look at how best to promote effective communication channels within the care home.
