Thank you very much for your 'realistic' review of Hilltop Court. You are right to say that things are not 'always perfect', however, not through lack of effort or planning but circumstance. The team work so hard to ensure that any challenges are minimal and that care and attention for residents remain at a high standard. It is a testament to them that they are able to keep the home happy, vibrant and the residents well cared for when the challenges of dementia creep up and confront the team, residents and families. No two days are the same, that's for sure! Kind regards
