Thank you for your review and I am pleased that you experienced the genuine care, respect and dignity that the staff show to all our residents. All  personal hygiene care for our residents is taken very seriously and is tailored to the clients own preferences and to maintain their independence for as long as possible. Sometimes this means that even with staff's encouragement and support some of our clients decline to allow staff to assist in their personal hygiene and respect the clients  wishes on the care they will allow to be undertaken. I am pleased that any issues you had were resolved quickly and to your satisfaction.  As regards to your relatives husband we like o think that the families are very much part of our family at Westhaven. Please once again accept our condolences on your loss.
